A yoga class you can bring your baby to!
The months after birth are an important time for your body. The enormous changes undergone during your pregnancy and labour take their toll on your joints, muscles and pelvic floor.
These classes help you to keep pace as you begin to feel stronger and regain your energy. With yoga exercises which rebuild abdominal strength, realign posture and strengthen spinal muscles. Simple stretches for the back, neck and shoulders to ease breast feeding and baby carrying plus techniques and practices to strengthen the pelvic floor.
Classes are small which ensures plenty of individual attention, Mums are free to feed and change baby whenever necessary during the class, plus there is a great opportunity to meet other new mums when we have a refreshing cup of tea after the class.
Classes are based upon Jacqui’s own experience of early motherhood together with her Diploma study with Wendy Teasdill, Author and Teacher for the British Wheel of Yoga and Francoise Barbira Friedman founder of the internationally renowned Birthlight Trust.
